To make Optimé emails look more professional and consistently branded, I created branded signatures for all staff and consultants using the Optimé colours and logo. To keep the signature intact as much as possible passing through inboxes but to be more interesting than plain text, I created them as html signatures.

To help promote Optimé, a link to their website and main social media channels was included in the signature. An alternate version of the signature was created in 2019 using the logo I created for their 25th Anniversary that year and with their new LinkedIn Group and phone number as the main focus; whereas in the regular signature the website was the main focus, next to the phone number.
