The spirit committee wanted a fun event for the cold days of January, so a free hot chocolate event was proposed and I volunteered to be in charge of running the event. Hot chocolate is a traditional treat for cold days, so I wanted to make it extra special. To do this I made sure to get high quality hot chocolate in fun flavours such as Rolo and provided marshmallows and cream for anyone who wanted them. I also encouraged people to bring their own mugs if they had them, so it would be better for the environment. I hand drew the illustrations to make the promo more fun and less serious than it would be if it was just photos of hot chocolate.


I also made a set of instructions with iconography so anyone could make the hot chocolate at anytime, especially if there was leftover supplies after the event.
