The Senior Leadership Team had gone without an identity for a while and decided they needed one, so I created four logo proposals to represent the team. Using the two key words they wanted to represent themselves - Innovate and Lead - plus various slogans they had selected, I created the logos in black and white first, and then afterwards applied the Metroland colour branding to the type as it was a group within Metroland. I also used the same typefaces as the Metroland branding to keep it consistant.

After these logos were presented and slight modifications were made, the logo below was chosen and used as their new logo and identity.
